Founders Story

My name is Prakash, and my journey to founding Jhasvik is rooted in both passion and purpose.



Before stepping into the world of gastronomy, I worked as a Cloud Architect at a leading multinational company. While my professional career was fulfilling, I always felt a deeper calling—one that connected me to my roots, my culture, and the food I grew up with. That passion ultimately inspired me to take a bold step and transform my path.

Being originally from South India, I carry with me a deep appreciation for its rich and diverse culinary heritage. Each of the five southern states offers unique flavors, traditions, and recipes that have been passed down through generations. My vision with Jhasvik was to bring these authentic regional tastes to Germany—and eventually across Europe—while staying true to their origins.

With extensive research, dedication, and a commitment to authenticity, this vision has become a reality. Today, Jhasvik stands as a reflection of that journey—where tradition meets passion, and every dish tells a story.
