Hi, I’m Prakash.
My journey into food wasn’t the usual one. I spent years working as a Cloud Architect in a top multinational company, building a successful career in tech. But deep down, my heart was always somewhere else—in the kitchen, with the aromas, flavors, and memories of the food I grew up with.
Coming from South India, I’ve always been surrounded by incredible food from all five southern states, each with its own unique taste and tradition. Over time, I realized how much I wanted to share these authentic flavors with people here in Germany—and that’s how Jhasvik began.
It wasn’t an easy shift, but with a lot of research, learning, and dedication, I followed my passion and turned this dream into reality. Today, I’m proud to bring real, authentic South Indian food to our guests and to share a piece of my culture with every plate we serve.
